At Shanker Nursery, we strive to deliver quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.
No Return or Exchange Policy:
- No return or exchange will be accepted for any delivered products.
- Refunds are not applicable once the product is delivered.
Product Issues or Complaints:
- If you have any queries regarding the received products, kindly contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

- If the product is damaged or there is any mismatch in the delivered product, please share images and videos as requested by the customer support team.
- Additional images or videos may be requested to verify the complaint, which is mandatory to proceed with any compensation.
Damaged Products:
- If any product is damaged during transit, replacement will be processed based on packing terms and conditions.
- For live plants, replacement will only be confirmed by the customer support team after verifying the damage.
- Plants that are in a plantable condition will not be considered damaged and are not eligible for replacement.
- If replacement is approved, packing and shipping charges will be applicable.
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests must be made on the same day of placing the order by sending an email to shankarnurseryy@gmail.com along with the order number and reason for cancellation.
- Once the product is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable.
Refund Process:
- Refund requests will only be processed if approved by the customer support team.
- Refunds will take 2 to 4 business days to process and will be credited within 2 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
