Packing Process: At Shanker Nursery, we ensure that all our products are packed with utmost care to reach our customers in the best condition.
- Live Plants: Live plants are carefully packed in carton boxes with protective safety layers to ensure proper delivery. Currently, name tags are not attached to plants during packing.
- Non-Live Products: Products like grow bags, fertilizers, pots, and other accessories are packed either in carton boxes or packing bags, depending on the product type.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that live plants and non-live products may be delivered on different dates.
Shipping Process: We partner with trusted third-party courier services such as Bluedart, DTDC, Smartr, TrackON, ST Courier, Franch Express, and India Post (Speed Post) for delivery across locations.
- Tracking details will be shared via email by default and on WhatsApp upon request.
- Customers can track their orders through the respective courier service’s portal.

Note: For live plants, actual shipping charges are not applied. Instead, minimum packing and local transportation charges are mentioned on the website as shipping charges.
Delivery Time:
- Live Plants: 2 to 7 days for urban areas and an additional 3 to 5 days for rural/remote areas.
- Non-Live Products: 2 to 10 days for delivery.
- Home delivery or office delivery is subject to the respective courier company’s policies.
In case of delivery delays or transit damage caused by courier services, Shanker Nursery is not liable. However, compensation will be considered in exceptional cases based on our customer service team’s evaluation.
